Meet Anviksha Kalscheur

Anviksha is a visionary in family healing whose leadership is shaping a new paradigm in therapy – one that is integrative, culturally aware, and deeply human. As the founder and director of Introspective Family Wellness, she has created a movement where therapists and clients grow together, learning to navigate life's challenges with courage, clarity, and compassion.   

Meet Patrick Kalscheur

After working for many years in large law firms, Patrick saw a deep need for families navigating divorce to feel supported, helping them restore peace and reach amicable outcomes. Patrick is the founder of Kalscheur Conscious Family Law, where he has pioneered a holistic, facilitative approach to peacemaking for families.

We believe in helping families and communities find peace and inspiration in their family systems.

Together, we're building new systems and practices where mental health, family law, and inner work meet.
